Funny how my internet access comes in spurts. I'm online twice in two days?! Say it ain't so. Today was rehearsal from 12-6, then the cabin mates and I made spaghetti. I ran into town to use the internet, and got sucked into having sushi and drinks with a few friends. Can't complain, eh? Tomorrow? More rehearsal from 12-6, then we're having a potluck at the cabin! It really stemed from Maggie and Laura wanting to cook for us boys out at the cabin. But then we invited everyone and told them to bring someone home-cooked. No store bought solutions are accepted. Those church ladies won't have anything on us! Lots of fun in the next few days....on Thursday is also Meredith's birthday party which includes her awesome in-ground pool and hot tub. Get ready.....
Place of the Post-Cedar Rapids: Osaka. One of three sushi restaurants in Cedar Rapids. I had sushi, but the others had teppanyaki, also known as Japanese grill-ish. It was more than amusing. We had this white-trash family sitting across from us and the father was tanked on saki, managing to let his sons sip some too. I nick-named him "Nascar" for outlandish comments and less than classy attire.
